Our Mission
Our mission is to break the cycle of processed food addiction and redefine how the world approaches weight loss. By blending cutting-edge science, habit-building psychology, and the proven principles of addiction recovery, we deliver a sustainable, empowering solution that goes far beyond willpower and calorie-counting.
We’re proud to integrate the time-tested principles of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), which have helped millions achieve lasting freedom from addiction. These same principles offer a powerful, compassionate framework for overcoming food addiction — and we believe everyone deserves access to this transformative support.
We are committed to challenging outdated calorie-restriction models that have contributed to the obesity crisis, and to re-educating individuals on the true science of weight loss — from hormonal balance and brain chemistry to behavioural change and nutrition.
Our app will evolve with the latest research and insights, continually updating our program to reflect the most effective strategies available. Most importantly, we aim to make this knowledge accessible to all, driving a movement that empowers individuals and communities with the tools, understanding, and support they need to create lasting change.
Breaking the Addiction Cycle
Many people struggle with food cravings, weight gain, and an endless cycle of dieting and self-discipline. The problem isn't a lack of willpower—it's your biology. Over time, the foods you eat can impact your hormones and brain chemistry, making you crave unhealthy foods and putting you at odds with your body. This results in weight gain, fatigue, and even feelings of hopelessness. But it doesn't have to be this way.
A Plan for Hormonal Rebalance
The Arison Plan uses a combination of whole foods, biohacking techniques, and targeted nutrition to rebalance your body's hormones, break the cycle of addiction, and help you make healthier choices with ease.
How it works
The foundation of this diet plan is to break the addiction to carbohydrates and re-balance hormones within the body. By focusing on the right foods, this plan works with your body, not against it. It's designed to not only break the addiction cycle but also enhance your bodies ability to heal itself over time. As your bodies biology resets, you'll no longer have to fight against cravings and temptations—healthy eating will become second nature.
Breaking the Addiction Cycle Through Hormonal Rebalance
Food addiction often stems from an imbalance in certain hormones and neurotransmitters in the body. These imbalances make it difficult to control cravings and maintain healthy eating habits. The Arison Plan addresses four main factors that contribute to food addiction and weight gain.
Step 1: The Health Questionnaire
To start, you'll complete a health questionnaire that helps identify which of these imbalances are affecting your body. Based on your responses, you will be categorized into one or more of the four categories: Insulin Resistance, Leptin Resistance, Low Serotonin, or Low Dopamine. This personalized approach ensures that your plan is specifically tailored to address the areas that are most likely fuelling your addiction.
Step 2: A Tailored Nutrition Plan
Once your results are in, the diet plan will be customized to your unique needs, focusing on foods that help rebalance your hormones and neurotransmitters.
Step 3: A Lifelong Shift in Your Biology
As you follow the plan, your body's biology will gradually shift. The goal is not just to lose weight but to retrain your body to crave healthy foods and feel satisfied with smaller portions. You'll experience fewer cravings, more energy, improved mood, and most importantly, a sense of control over your eating habits. You won't be fighting against your body; instead, you'll be working in harmony with it.
Life Without the Struggle
The Arison plan is designed to eliminate the need for constant willpower and mental struggle. Instead of forcing yourself to resist temptations, your body will naturally crave healthier foods, and making the right choices will become second nature. When you break the addiction cycle, healthy eating becomes a lifestyle, not a battle.
Using AA principles
In the end, the Arison Plan is about reclaiming control over your mind, body and health. It's about shifting your biology, not just your willpower. By addressing the root causes of food addiction, rebalancing your hormones, and nourishing your body with the right foods, you can break free from the cycle of cravings and achieve lasting health and weight loss.
The core principles of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) work well for weight loss because they address not just the behaviour (overeating or poor food choices) but the underlying psychological and emotional drivers—which are often similar to those seen in addiction. The Arison plan utilises the AA principles and 12 steps for weight loss, these are:
1. Admitting Powerlessness (Step 1) 2. Higher Power & Support Beyond the Self (Steps 2–3) 3. Accountability and Community (Steps 4–5 4. Daily Habits and One-Day-at-a-Time Mentality (Step 24 hours 5. Moral Inventory and Emotional Healing (Steps 4–9) 6. Helping Others and Paying It Forward (Steps 10–12)
AA principles work for weight loss because they target behaviour change through emotional healing, connection, structure, and daily action—not just rules and restrictions. They treat overeating as a complex habit rooted in psychological and social patterns, not simply a lack of willpower.
